Considering he presided over the biggest conspiracy to commit child sexual abuse in the history of mankind and only did anything about it after it reached the point that he had no other choice, I am guessing the answer is no.
Not if there's any justice in the universe.

Well, if any Christian theology (Catholic or Protestant) is correct, and the question is irrelevant outside that perspective, justice doesn't enter into it. The Xian view is that "all have sinned" and that sin is sin is sin. Murder, rape, hating your brother and presiding over such conspiracies all disqualify a person for Heaven.
