Here's something Bush SHOULD be going to the mat for,
instead of protecting the interests of Dubai.
He should put his foot down and tell SMU that if they use eminent domain to take property for his Presidential Library, he'll put it somewhere else.
Not holding my breath.

Libertarians ought to be asking why the hell the US government has to approve a transaction between two foreign firms. Instead it's damned if you do and damned if you don't for George Bush - he does EXACTLY what the Libertarian Party would (or should) call for in the situation and gets flack for it.
