When is a pub not a pub?
When it's an embassy.
Pub becomes embassy to beat cig ban.
Here in the states, I don't know if this would work.
You might have better luck becoming a church.

That's a smashing idea. Maybe the guy in Paducah could declare his establishment the embassy for Aynrandistan or Redneckia.
