I guess I'm voting for this.
Making a tax act more like a user fee is a pretty good idea.
It doesn't seem that unreasonable to have gas taxes go toward roads.

I guess I will vote for it as well, but I hope that it doesn't increase our overall taxes in the long run... Maybe we can wise up and switch to toll roads, so only users pay!
