This sentence makes my brain hurt.
I ran across this while news googling this morning:
The HFEA are relentlessly imposing their libertarian agenda on the people of this country against their wishes.
How does one impose a libertarian agenda, exactly? By minding one's own business? By laissez-faireing them into submission?

Taxes, lad, taxes.
What an excellent thing to note, John. I once had a chance to talk with Harry Browne, and I suggested to him that his rhetoric comes across as very frightening to some people who actually are looking for government to take care of them. The thing is, libertarians don't demand that *you* be free. You are welcome to contract a company to take half of your income in exchange for making decisions for you on safety, health, retirement, etc. No agenda imposed - you are FREE TO SUBJUGATE YOURSELF, just do not subjugate me!
In fact, I would be willing to start, manage, or at least invest in a company that did those things under a libertarian government. Wouldnt' you?
