Oddly...I know of a guy who had a brain injury and couldn't speak English for awhile afterward, apparently, but could speak Spanish only for a time, and he'd learned Spanish while working in Costa Rica in his 20s. I don't think falling into a British Royal accent like that would be all bad, I mean, he could have come out speaking like Boomhauer from King of the Hill, or Karl Childers from Sling Blade, or Ebonics n'shit
