Anyone here speak Iranian?

I just came across this enigmatic entry in someone's blog:

Anyone care to translate for me? Is it as ominous as it seems?

And what exactly is it about this blog that seems "ominous" to you? The fact that it is written using an alphabet unfamiliar to you? I think the existence of a smiley type emoticon at the end would indicate that nothing about it is "ominous". I was an AFS exchange student to Iran in the 1970s and lived with a family in Tehran for 3 months. It was during the summer, though, so I didn't attend school there and my knowledge of Farsi is quite limited. I will say that most Iranians I met are warm, friendly people who have a wonderful sense of humor. If this is just some Iranians random personal blog, I wouldn't worry about it. They were probably posting something funny for their friends to read.

That, coupled with the fact that my name is mentioned, is exactly what seems ominous. It could be written in Portuguese and I would still find it ominous.

It is not unreasonable to consider people talking about me (or someone with my name) ominous if I don't understand what they're saying.

And the smiley emoticon -- I've found that many places online automatically put a smiley face anywhere the poster places a colon next to a close-parenthesis, so it might not be a cheerful little saying, but a glitch.
