Tofu is unfairly maligned. Properly prepared, it's much better than it is given credit for.
Doesn't mean I agree with this though. Surely the British government has better use for the tax dollars of citizens. It's ridiculous. If a vegetarian diet is superior, the marketplace and civil society will together prove that eventually, if they're allowed to.
