Yeah, great idea. To get your $0.30 on a $5 pumpkin, you have to fill out a form and mail it in with a $0.52 stamp. In your own envelope. On a piece of aper you printed out on your printer using your ink. For a net loss of probably $0.30 plus your time. So you dno't bother, and you've just been nickled-and-dimed by the government who cares how you're using your pumpkin.
